For almost 30 years, Randall, an American educator and psychologist has worked to develop human potential in individuals. From Native Americans „on the res“ in New Mexico to Italian street kids of Rome, he has provided psychological tools to enhance individual strengths and individual awareness. For almsot twenty years, Randall has broadened his knowledge and experience here in Europe. He has lectured, trained and coached PhD students, future teachers and a host of business men and women from international companies throughout Europe.
